* Actual Schedule
  o Genetic Immunization 12-22-11 (I think; Andrey and Felicia did
    this while I was gone)
  o Genetic Immunization 12-23-11 (I think; Andrey and Felicia did
    this while I was gone)
  o Protein boost 1-10-12
  o Protein boost 1-16-12
  o Protein boost and cheek bleed 3-30-12
  o 4-5-12 Cheek bleed
    4-6-12 Cardiac puncture and splenectomy

* Details about Adjuvant and Protein
  o The adjuvant is currently suspended in PBS. I think there is
    about 700 uL left.
  o Saline solution of SAS stable up to 60 days. We suspended it on
    10-13-11, and it expired on 12-12-11
  o Example resuspension of SAS: just add 1 mL PBS and then mix this
    1:1 with antigen. Remaining solution can last 60 days.
  o 200 uL per mouse intraperitoneally
  o Example solution: 0.05 mg/mL protein of interest and 0.5 mg/mL
    SAS solution (all in PBS)
  o Recommended Antigen concentration range is 0.05-0.25 mg/mL saline
