Calculate transformation efficiency the next day Dilute culture at 4 c so that there is 1 cfu/(200 uL) Aliquot samples into wells of 96 well plates for overnight culture Incubate plates in overnight at 37 C in HiGro shaker Protein Production in Plate Format
