azim58 - RNA Integrity test 2-21-13 I wanted to make sure that my RNA is good even after being in the freezer for more than 1 yr. RNA incubated at 37 C and -80 C for 2 hr. The RNA quality looks good. I would like to quantitate the ratio of the bands, and amount of RNA.
