Hi Stemcell Technologies representative,

I have two different kits that I plan to use with the ROBOSEP machine
soon. My kits have catalog numbers

19753A
and
19751A

However, the protocols on the instrument have don't have this "A" at the
end. I have

Mouse CD8+ T Cell Negative Selection 19753-high purity
Mouse CD8+ T Cell Negative Selection 19753-high recovery
and
Mouse T Cell Negative Selection 19751-high purity (D particles)
Mouse T Cell Negative Selection 19751-high recovery (D particles)

I'm pretty sure these protocols should work with these kits even though
they don't have the "A". However, I just wanted to double check. Do you
know what the "A" is for, and will these kits work with these protocols?

19753 or 19751 are the catalog numbers for the kits you have in hand and
these correspond to the RoboSep e-protocols you have listed, the
e-protocols you have listed are the correct ones to use for these kits.
The ‘A’ in 19753A means it is a subpart or component number of those
kits. For example, catalog number 19753 contains box 19753A (containing
the EasySep components) and 13551 (the Rat serum).

Please note that kit 19753 has also been very recently changed, if you
have a kit with a lot number of 11H40542 or higher (eg. 11H40542 or
11J41563) you will need to use a new e-protocol:
Mouse CD8 T Cell Negative Selection 19753 (D particles)

If you have one of these lots please let me know and I will be happy to
send you the new e-protocol with instructions for how to load it onto
your RoboSep unit.

Ah okay. Well that's a simple explanation that makes sense.

Yeah, I've actually already uploaded the new protocol for the 19753 with
the "D Particles". Someone from STEMCELL e-mailed me about that a few
months ago. Thanks!
