azim58 - Post print wash protocol This wash is based on the prewash procedure described on page 189 of Matt Grevingç—´ dissertation. The formula does not remove the barcode. Prepare 7.33% acetonitrile, 33% isopropanol and 0.55% triflouroacetic acid in nanopure water. 1. Place slides in a slide washer occupying only every other space to ensure good solvent flow. 2. Submerge slides in wash buffer and place on the rotating platform in the chemical fume hood that is set for slow speed (approximately setting 4) for 5 min. 3. Manually wash 1x in TBST. 4. Manually wash 1x in ddH2O. 5. Spin dry at 1500 rpm for 5 min.
