Sample 1: ethanol precipitated in-fusion product diluted to 20 uL and 1 uL electroporated followed by 100 uL SOC incubation Sample 2: ethanol precipitated in-fusion product diluted to 2 uL and 2 uL electroporated followed by 100 uL SOC incubation Sample 3: ethanol precipitated in-fusion product diluted to 2 uL and 2 uL electroporated followed by 1000 uL SOC incubation Sample 4: ethanol precipitated in-fusion product diluted to 2 uL and 2 uL chemically transformed followed by 100 uL SOC incubation
