--object exploration duration: usually 3-5 min
--object exploration time by mouse: usually measured when mice is pointing nose toward object within a certain distance (such as 2-4 cm)

How should the final data be represented?
-In the telomerase gene therapy supplementary data they make a bar graph of A/(A+B) (Figure S4 H-J).  The data is given as mean+/-SEM.  They used two-way ANOVA test for statistical analysis in one part.  They use Student's t-test in another part.  Their numbers range from n=3 to n=18.
