This is quite hard to explain without diagrams or pictures, but I'll try.

Load battery into gun.
Screw on the nozzle at the end of the barrel.
Load bullets into chamber starting with number 1 (referring to the number
1 on the inside of the cartridge rather than the outside).
Put chamber into gun with 12 (the 12 on the outside of the cartridge)
facing directly up. It's necessary to release all the locks to do this.
When the chamber falls into place in the hole in the back of the gun put
all of the locks in place.
Turn large pressure guage on slightly.
Increase small pressure guage up to about 300 psi.
Shoot mice by holding down the button on the side until there is beeping
and then pull the trigger. You can't shoot again until the charge has
built back up again.
After you are done shooting the mice, take out the cartridge.
Turn off the large pressure guage.
Release the small pressure guage. Increase and release again to make sure
to get rid of all of the air.
Take the battery out of the gun.
Unscrew the nozzle.
Clean everything up, and clean the nozzle and cartridge with soap and
then ethanol.
