I showed him the data about screening the cDNA library pools for SMC1fs
and the chimeric transcripts

-he wanted me to draw a Gantt chart
-he mentioned I could compare expression level doing an actin titration
to determine level of SMC1fs expression in cell
-look at some calculations to see how many transcripts there are per cell
-look for the lower band in the top 10 SMC1fs pools <- I did this PCR
previously, but at that time I was using different PCR conditions so the
lower band may not have been there.
-how many transcripts are there in a cell total?
-it looks like I will need to screen the array again and use sera that is
known to bind to SMC1fs. He thinks Shen might have some of this sera. I
could also screen the array using sera against some of the chimeric
transcripts. If I make another array, I should include some SMC1fs spots
that are not diluted 1/1000
