Told him about the DNA vaccine conference like suppressing the immune
response with coimmunization and producing antibodies from plasmid. He
said he had observed that the immune response was suppressed when they
targeted more towards keratinocytes rather than dendritic cells. He said
he and Chris were thinking about making a plasmid that would produce a
synbody before.

We then talked about my committee meeting.

He thought the "extra" work from my PhD should go in the appendices
rather than be separate chapters.
He was interested in seeing whether the SMC BLAST hits from the PQRE and
HEE motifs were the SMCfs. He wants me to check before the committee
meeting.
He was interested in verifying whether my tumor protein targets were real
or not with other methods such as determining whether the antibodies
would bind to the peptides.

He didn't seem to have any major problems with me presenting my
dissertation outline at the committee meeting or trying to graduate in
May.
