  about funds
* Ovalbumin characterization
  o she was encouraged by the results; thought it would be good to
    find literature values of what results should be
  o we will order more mice for testing ovalbumin as well as for
    testing hypothesis
  o she agreed I could get Shen and Kari to help me in the future to
    do ELISPOT, flow cytometry, and chromium release assay

* she agreed that I could loosen the requirements of my 3 specific
  aims, and thought I could do other things as a bonus. She also agreed
  with May 2013 as a graduation date
* I should titrate secondary on nitrocellulose arrays. Then I can look
  at reanalyzing my spots
* she agreed that we should pay $3000 to get TopCount fixed
* I can try to do facs again with library e coli using a dye to see if
  it works
