This meeting was actually a phone call.

Here are some of the subjects I planned to discuss.

-Mouse tumor sequence analysis and PCR results. I might be able to put
some of this on the poster I need to have finished by Monday or Tuesday
to print for the conference on Thursday.

Here are some of the things that were decided.
With the tumor sequence analysis she would like to see the results
repeated and further verified.
With the CTL assay she was okay with me trying to read a plate out at
Mayo.
She put the SMC paper on hold to write a grant, but she will be done with
the grant tomorrow.
She was okay with me including the unfinished projects in my
dissertation, but she thought they could be included in the other
chapters. Here's kind of what she was imagining

Ch 1. Random sequence mimotopes capture immune-specific antibodies and
predict epitope motifs
Ch 2. Motif Peptide Analysis and Automatic Array Alignment (this could
have a different name)
Ch 3. High throughput screening of tumor cDNA Libraries
Ch 4. Age associated stem cell autoimmunity as well as entropy and
immunosignature (this would have a different name)

She thinks a good title could be something like: "Exploring immune
responses associated with cancer and aging"
