It looks like I injected with tumor cells and did a genetic immunization
on 5-25-10.

Tumor Injection and Genetic Immunization 5-25-10
7000 tumor cells used
With 7000 tumor cells palpable primary tumors develop in 2-3 weeks

amount of tumor cells used and type (4T1, 7000 cells in a 100 uL volume,
7000 cells results in a primary tumor in 2-3 weeks)
Note that mouse 5 may have been injected with slightly too many tumor
cells and this mouse was the one that ended up with a maximum size tumor
the soonest.

The protein can be assumed to be the 17aa frameshifted fused to GST
