This presentation was about the construction of the cDNA library and
contains the pictures of the HiGro, and Biomek. The presentation also
contains a few summary slides about the phage library and the pComb3xSS
vector that will be used. Some antibody purification with peptides and
the idea of using peptides at 4X density is also mentioned.

My last general meeting presentation was in April (see General Meeting
Presentation 4-1-12). At that time I presented my immunosignature entropy
concept though. This time I will present my main thesis work.

For my presentation I should probably have about 20-25 slides of content.
Here's the basic layout I think I want

* Introduction
  o Slide outlining what I'll talk about for the rest of the
    presentation (screening tumor cDNA library, phage library, purifying
    antibodies)

* Screening tumor cDNA library
  o a little background of construction
  o show SMC1fs titration results
  o show secondary antibody titration results
  o picking 1000 colony spot
  o results of single colony spot
  o plans

* Phage library
  o a little background
  o plans for plasmid construction

* Purifying antibodies
  o a little background
  o result of experiment
  o plan for higher density and orientation issues

* Conclusion

Summary of General Meeting Presentation 7-25-12

Comments during presentation
Chris said I could have checked the eluted antibody fraction on a silver
stain or Western blot (Bart mentioned or dot blot) rather than putting it
onto the array. This would have been cheaper.

Stephen thinks it could be better to have my human tumor cDNA library in
the incorrect orientation and out of frame just like this mouse one is.
I'm not so sure about this. . . He said he would talk to me later.

Stephen also mentioned that I may want to publish some papers just on the
screening platform that I have set up. This could be a very good idea.
