The paper didn't help too much understand how Flow Cytometry works but it
was interesting to read about the methods to interpret the data because
it seems there are several different ways to do so for different
purposes. It's not just a straight-shot measurement. It might be a good
resource for when we get to data analysis.

I made this little diagram of how the FACS flow cytometry works, just to
get a better idea of it, so I thought I'd share. (Don't make fun of my
drawing skillz please :) ). I figured this is the very simplistic way of
looking at it, and I'm sure we'll change our "diagrams" as we know more
and develop more of a protocol.

Questions
What level of detection do we have to reach with our test to prove that
it is comparable with the chromium release assay?
