Amazon cloud drive (I have an account, but haven't started paying yet or anything.  They seem to have very good pricing.  As of 03-30-2015d1002, it is $60 per year for unlimited storage)
Dropbox (I have account)
-doesn't search inside text files
AT&T Locker (I have account)
Box (I have account)
-doesn't search inside text files
OneDrive (previously known as Skydrive) (I have account)
-doesn't search inside text files
Google Drive (I have account)
-can't edit pure text files outside of the drive
Bittorrent sync (this works a little bit different than the others, but I think it is free and there would be no file size limit)
4shared (this one is kind of interesting because you can access public files that anyone can search)

-ability to let public users (strangers) to search files and folders I have made visible
-ability to let public users (strangers) edit files and folders I have given permission to
