I also submitted form to get a "clearance letter" OR "letter of verification" from the Tempe polic department (not statewide) (records department: 480-350-8598 Mon-Fri 8-5).  For a statewide clearance letter I need to contact DPS (Department of Public Safety). -I received FBI criminal background record from myfbireport.com 07-16-2014d1946.  I used a translation service to have the document translated and notarized.  I will mail the documents to be authenticated by the US State Department soon.

how do I get a copy of my criminal record check in a foreign language?

They told me the only way to do this is to get the record in english from the fbi.  Then I need to have someone translate the record locally.  Then I need to send these documents to the US Department of State in Washington DC in order to get a stamp for the Apostille of the Hague.
--I called the Secretary of State here in Phoenix to see if they could provide an Apostille of the Hague stamp, but they said they used to.  However, they can't do it now.  If it is a criminal record check from the FBI only the US Department of state can provide an Apostille of the Hague.
