azim58 - 6-24-10 Tumor RNA This tumor RNA comes from 4T1 tumor tissue that arose from an injection of a BALB/c mouse. This RNA was used to make a cDNA library that was screened on nitrocellulose arrays. 1329 ng/uL last seen at Kurt 5-23-10 -80 C Box This RNA was used to make Tumor 1st Strand cDNA 3-8-11 KW This RNA was used to make 4T1 Tumor 1st strand cDNA 11-30-12 KW As of 1-11-13 There is probably about 3 uL of this RNA left. There are also two other aliquots of the same date. Each tube might have about 20-30 uL 2-27-13 RNA aliquot 1 was left out overnight on ice around this time. The aliquot still did not exhibit any denaturation after a 2 hr incubation at 37 C as visualized on a gel though. 3-24-13 RNA aliquot 2 only has about 2 uL left
