azim58 - 3-1-13 plans for further sequencing Need to sequence 1p2 with SP6,7,8,14,15 and sequence 4p1 with 6,7,8 primers at 4 C Kurt 11-16-12 plasmids at 9-23-12 KW -20 C I don't have enough plasmid so I need to transform and do a miniprep =========================================================================== 3-7-13 performed miniprep and sent plasmids for sequencing Sample 4d1 pComb3XSS Sample 1d2 pComb3XSS =========================================================================== Sequences here "C:\kurt\storage\CIM Research Folder\DR\2013\3-19-13\pcomb sequences" I guess 2 of them were good and the others didn't have much of a reaction.
