This presentation discusses the various hypotheses that could be tested with AbStat, changes in entropy with removal of peptides, and disease vs normal data mining (for several different datasets).

-Shen was interested in whether the trend between breast cancer and normal changed with the peptide removal graphs
-Shen would like to see the same type of peptide removal analysis with another dataset
-Bart was interested in comparing samples from different sources
-Tiger and Josh thought I should randomly assign classes multiple times and record a standard deviation
-Krupa said there was a good paper that says it's good to use all of the features
-Phil mentioned that I could look at the poly-specific antibodies from Rebecca
