Notes: We were not able to detect any killing. There is one major
possible reason for this. The first reason was that we were not able to
detect the killing of the NIH 3T3 cells in the positive control with
camptothecin whereas we were able to detect killing when using Jurkat
cells.

Another potential problem is that the NIH 3T3 cells we used may not have
the correct MHC haplotype.

I found NIH-3T3 MHC haplotype is H-2q, while BALB/c is H-2d.
