I'd like to work on the AbStat Pipeline program.

In order to test this program, I'd like to work with an example dataset: the breast cancer 330K data (a subset of this data; I'll just get about 5 normal donors).
-on second thought, I'll just get 3 BC, 3 MM, and 3 ND
